Scanned in from an article in Dengeki Animaga. Chiyo, Tadakichi-san, and the green-haired girl is Yotsuba (she has 4 pigtails - four leaves. Get it?) She's a character in one of his shorts that was published in (I believe) Azumanga Recycle!, which is a compilation of various shorts, with a lot of Tenchi Muyo stuff in there, and is apparently the star of his newest series running in Dengeki Daioh. The picture was too cute to mess around with, any background would have taken away from the simplicity and the charm of the image. I merely added Chiyo's distressed 'Aa!' because, well, it was too cute.
