This wallpaper was decomposed to show image reconstruction and texturing.
- The easiest place to start is by placing the scan.
- Redrawing the rocks used a liberal amount of copying the old rocks and extending the border.
- The ugly gaps in the center were replaced by a larger version of the rocks, and everything was carefully painted to blend together.
- The beginnings of texturing, using my typical canvas texture.
- Color enhancements give the image more contrast.
- Add text and you're done!
